When your Application is completed, either email or fax your Application to the Property Manager at the community you are looking to live, or drop it off at the appropriate Leasing Office with your Application Fees.

Rental Details
Application Fee: $45/person – $65 married – $35 Senior
Security Deposit: Dependent on credit
